Once MAMPS students have completed 1 year of their mentorship, they are eligible to receive a free year membership to the OBAA.

The OBAA is going to India!

In February, Dr. Kate Levett and Dr. Emilie Salomons will be heading to India to provide 2 week-long training focusing on humanized, equity-driven, traditional birth support.

 

OBAA AGM and Learning Session: Identifying and treating rashes in pregnancy: annoying itch, or RED FLAG? + AGM.

New OBAA BIPOC scholarship!

Free 1 year membership – applications now being accepted.
The OBAA recognizes that having cultural and ethnic representation within someone’s birth team leads to better birth outcomes. Free 1 year memberships are now available for Black, Indigenous and people of colour who are acupuncturists working in perinatal health. Applicants must still meet the basic qualifications for membership, but all fees will be waived.
To apply, please fill out the application form under the membership tab.
